EVOLUTION, INFLUENCE AND OUTLOOK OF AMERICAS TIGHT OIL
HOU Ming-yang, YANG Guo-feng
Resources & Industries    2015, 17 (1): 11-17.
Abstract2902)      PDF(pc) (1188KB)(1692)       Save
This paper introduces the development of Americas tight oil, analyzes its impacts on Americas domestic and international oil and gas markets with the methods of statistics and comparison, and discusses its outlook. Rise in Americas tight oil production is adding crude oil supply globally, which will lower oil price. America will possibly relieve the ban in exporting crude oil. Technical innovation will boost the efficiency in developing tight oil. If the ban is still on, America will maintain its crude oil production of 430 000 t/d, leaving price room for other countries to develop tight oil. If the ban is off, America will double its tight oil production, which probably restrains the tight oil production in other countries.

DEVELOPMENT OF TIGHT OIL AND ITS INFLUENCE ON INTERNATIONAL OIL PRICE
HOU Ming-yang,ZHOU Qing-fan
Resources & Industries    2014, 16 (1): 23-28.
Abstract3091)      PDF(pc) (1388KB)(1340)       Save
This paper, based on an introduction to the development situation of tight oil globally, analyzes its future influence on international oil price. Its development can restrain oil price from rising, but not falling largely. The reasons include that its production and cost does not support the falling price. In an open market, development of tight oil will hold oil price, from external consumption market and internal production,to its profitable balanced price. OPEC’s surplus production capacity has a competition with tight oil production, which does not support a big jump of international oil price.

Abstract1636)      PDF(pc) (1554KB)(1655)       Save

This paper, according to the 1:1000 topographical maps and land survey data, establishes an index system to zone the spatial resources, applies GIS to zone Xilinhaote city into urban construction area, rural stockbreeding development area, dominant industrial development area and ecological development zone based on a combination of urban system, industrial situation, ecological structures. This paper, by means of urban growth theory and land utilization, presents a control over the spatial expansion in urban areas, deals with the urban spatial development, and provides a theoretical and technical support for the new general urban planning in Xilinhaote city.

STUDY ON COASTAL FRACTAL OF YELLOW RIVER DELTA
SU Yuan-yuan SUN Qin-bang HOU Min
Resources & Industries    2008, 10 (6): 103-107.
Abstract1637)      PDF(pc) (1468KB)(1253)       Save

Coastal fractal can be a quantitative factor to classification of coastal types, coastal evolvement, and status. This paper uses GIS and TM images to extract the Yellow river delta coastal data and calculates its fractal dimension (D) of the general coast, alluvial coast, erosion coast and manmade coast and gets their variance. The results indicate that the mean D value in alluvial coast (D=1.0807) is higher than the mean D value in erosion coast (D=1.0436) and than the mean D value in man-made coast (D=1.0551). These three have an obvious variance statistically. In time sequence, the D values in the general coast and in erosion coast change a little with a similar trend, while the D value in the alluvial coast has a big variance. The D value in the man-made coast trends to be stable after the coastal projects were gradually improved since 1989.
